The dolls that sparked the latest rumours
According to Koreaboo, the latest stir began when Song Da Eun uploaded a video featuring a set of decorative dolls. Observers quickly noted that the dolls closely resembled the ones that appeared in Jimin’s home during one of his livestreams. Their high price point prompted renewed scrutiny, with some questioning whether Song Da Eun – who has spoken about facing financial difficulties – would have spent heavily on such items, leading to theories that the dolls might actually be Jimin’s.
Others pushed back, arguing that the clips could have been filmed months or even years earlier. Jimin himself had previously told fans that the dolls were a present from fellow BTS member J-Hope, revealing during a livestream that he once kept them outside his home before deciding to bring them back inside.
Apartment entrance raises more questions
Adding to the speculation, Song Da Eun posted another video that showed the entrance of an apartment building. Fans pointed out that it looked strikingly similar to the entrance to Nine One Hannam, the luxury complex where Jimin resides. The resemblance revived older discussions around the “Jimin elevator video” and whether the actress had lived or still lives in the same building.
An original poster also alleged that the pair had recently been seen dining together at a restaurant inside Seoul’s landmark 63 Building, further fuelling rumours that the relationship may not have ended.

Despite the intense scrutiny, many fans insisted that the recent clips were outdated and simply resurfaced now. They argued that resemblances between decor, ornaments or locations could be coincidental or reflective of older footage from when the pair reportedly lived in the same building.
Some supporters of the singer accused the actress of posting old material for attention, especially as she had previously suggested her financial situation had been challenging.
