The Union of B.C. Performers (UBCP/ACTRA) has announced the list of nominees for its annual awards.

This year’s awards will not be held in person, and winners will be announced at the end of November. No specific date has been set.

“The UBCP/ACTRA Awards are about celebrating the remarkable work of our members. While we may not gather together in person this year, we remain committed to honouring the artistry, dedication, and world class talent that live in B.C. and the Yukon,” said Keith Martin Gordey, President of UBCP/ACTRA in a statement.

In addition to the nominees for the nine performance categories, UBCP/ACTRA also announced that the 2025 Lorena Gale Woman of Distinction Award will be presented to Christine Willes. “A celebrated actor and advocate, Christine has made significant contributions to the screen industry and the broader community,” a statement from UBCP/ACTRA said.
