Actress Mandy Moore is done having children. The This Is Us star shared the update on social media on Monday, Jan. 5 during a doctor’s visit.
“I’m at the OBGYN getting a check up… I am endlessly grateful for my beautiful family AND there’s a certain sadness knowing I’m done having babies and won’t be pregnant again. Any other moms feel this way?” Moore asked her followers.

Moore and her husband, Taylor Goldsmith, have three children together, August “Gus” Harrison (born in February 2021), Oscar “Ozzie” Bennett (born in October 2022), and Louise “Lou” Everett (born in September 2024).
In December 2025, Moore sat down for a chat with Motherly to talk all things mom-related. During the interview, Moore was asked what surprised her most about motherhood.
“I guess everything,” she replied, adding, “but especially the idea of not getting attached to any one version of your child because it’s all so fleeting. I think also the other side of the coin: feeling overwhelmed by any particular juncture too, like sleeplessness and sleep regressions and feeding themselves. Not getting attached to any of them because there’s such an impermanence to who they are and their journey.”
Moore has three upcoming projects slated for 2026 thus far (per IMDb), but she is definitely cherishing all of the time she gets to spend with her beautiful family, too. Moore has been sharing all kinds of photos and videos of her kids on social media, which has delighted fans.
