In a perfectly chaotic episode of GOAT Talk released in March 2025, Billie Eilish and Quenlin Blackwell debated their greatest and worst of all time across various categories, resulting in a conversation that was equal parts hilarious and surprisingly vulnerable.

The duo kicked things off with fictional character crushes, where Blackwell confessed her love for characters like Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Eilish co-signed Skellington, and also added the Marvel villain Venom to the mix.

When discussing life anthems, Eilish shared her current obsession with classic Lady Gaga tracks like “Poker Face” and “Alejandro,” explaining how these songs hit differently now. Blackwell reciprocated by gushing over Eilish’s own “Chihiro.”

The episode grew more personal during their discussion of meaningful gifts. Eilish reminisced about her first car—a matte black Dodge Challenger from her record label—while Blackwell shared receiving a mixtape from an ex that chronicled their relationship through songs. Despite calling it beautiful, she added, “I will never date Aries again.”

The most emotionally resonant segment focused on albums for crying. Eilish chose Sufjan Stevens’ “Carrie & Lowell,” specifically praising “Fourth of July” as “deeply, deeply upsetting” yet beautiful. Blackwell chose “We’ve Been Loving In Silence” by MARO, a song that Eilish introduced her to.

Both artists shared moving fan interaction stories. Blackwell spoke about fans finding representation in her content, while Eilish described spotting a mother at a recent concert crying and mouthing “thank you”—a moment that reminded her why she performs.

Things lightened during their “worst of all time” segment, with Blackwell revealing her most regrettable purchase: spending her entire savings on twenty rugs she thought would be investment pieces. Half later disintegrated in storage, teaching her a costly financial lesson.

The episode concluded with career advice discussions, where both pushed back against prioritizing money above creativity. Throughout their conversation, Eilish and Blackwell demonstrated genuine friendship, with Blackwell even crowning Eilish her “goat singer,” making for an engaging watch that balanced celebrity insight with relatable human moments.
