Fans are going wild for Dancing with the Stars contestant Robert Irwin on Season 34. He is partnered with Witney Carson, and she has quickly taken on something of a big sister role to him. However, as DWTS fans know, Irwin has an older sister already, Bindi Irwin.
It so happens that she is a former Dancing with the Stars champion, having won the Mirrorball Trophy in Season 21. In the comment section of one of Carson and Robert’s recent social media posts, Bindi shared a note that melted the hearts of fans everywhere. She made it clear she doesn’t mind Carson stepping up as a big sister. In fact, she relishes it.
On September 26, the pair posted a fun video on both TikTok and Instagram. Dancing with the Stars fans went wild over the video, and Bindi’s comment on the Instagram post quickly went viral.
The video teasingly showed Carson and Robert walking into the studio for rehearsal. She noted she was “coming in hot to check Robert’s DMs,” and she did a few stretches to warm up. The two sat on chairs, and he handed over his phone.
Robert wrote in the caption, “Witney taking the wingman job very seriously…”
Bindi was the top comment on the post. She wrote, “I feel like I finally have the sister I always wanted (and needed)…”
In less than 24 hours, Bindi’s comment received over 35,000 likes and dozens of replies.

Bindi and her family have temporarily relocated to Los Angeles to support Robert throughout his Dancing with the Stars journey. He posted a selfie from the studio on September 26 and joked it was “Bring your sister to work day!”
Carson commented, “Truly love this family!”
A fan replied, “I feel like you are their sister! So beautiful. You are full of light! And so are they.”
