Blac Chyna Breaks Down All of Her Cosmetic Surgery Procedures, and Reveals What She’s Had Removed

Blac Chyna is breaking down her plastic surgery history.

In a video shared to Instagram on Saturday, June 28, the model, 38, listed every cosmetic procedure she’s had done as well as the ones she’s had reversed. “I took out all those a– shots that I had, all the silicone, I’ve never had a BBL,” she began.

Chyna then detailed her breast augmentations over the years. “My first set of boobs was 300 cc. I went from 300 to 700 cc to 500 to 300, now to 100,” she explained. “I think I have 120 cc’s now, because I was naturally flat chested. Once they get stretched out … they need something so it’s just like not just empty space inside of it.”

The star, whose real name is Angela White, also said that she “removed all of the fillers out of my cheeks, the fillers in my chin, jawline” and stopped getting Botox. “So now you’ll know if I’m mad at you,” she joked.

Chyna opened up about her decision to swear off plastic surgery in a March 2023 interview with Tamron Hall. “I’m done with it y’all. No more,” she stated at the time.

When asked by Hall why she’d chosen to have cosmetic work performed, White replied, “Insecurities and, honestly, what was kind of in at that moment.”

“Being in the industry, you want to have this image of yourself to look perfect,” she continued. “And there’s no such thing as that. There’s no such thing.”

She further explained, “I was an exotic dancer for six years, from the ages of 18 to 24 years old. And being inside the strip club or the gentleman’s club … I’m looking at the [other] women, I’m looking at myself like, ‘Okay, that’s not it. This is not gonna make the money. This is not gonna do it.’ So I felt the pressures of trying to hurry up and build my body when I should’ve just waited until I was older.”

“At 19, 18 years old, your body’s not developed. In my mind set, I wasn’t thinking about that, and nobody was telling me, you know, right from wrong,” Chyna added. “It was the golden ticket. I was not worried about [the health risks] at all.”

Earlier that month, she spoke to Access Hollywood about the “spiritual awakening” that led to reversing her cosmetic procedures. She revealed that she’d received illegal silicone injections when she was 19, which were not performed by a licensed doctor.

“This is a regular person that’s doing it,” she explained. “They’re giving whatever substance that they’re doing and giving it to you. They’re not gonna tell you, ‘Hey, you know, you could possibly die.'”

In August 2023, Chyna told Entertainment Tonight that her procedures didn’t represent who she was “internally.”

The star also discussed her decision to undo several of her surgeries, including removing her breast implants, having a butt reduction and dissolving her facial fillers, noting that it was important for her to change her outside self as well as who she was inside “because of the things that I was attracting.”

“You have to think about it like this … whatever we put on the outside is the first thing, I could look at you and make any assumption right until you start speaking to me. So my thing is before you even start talking to me or give me a chance I want you to see, ‘OK this is a well-rounded woman,’ ” she told ET. “Not with these types of boobs and a big butt and the big lips. It’s just like, ‘Ahh.’ It put me in this category when that’s really not who I am internally.”
