The first trailer for Marvel’s upcoming animated series Marvel Zombies has revealed Blade Knight, a striking fusion of Moon Knight and Blade. The character’s introduction quickly caught attention. Fans online have latched onto the reveal, praising both the bold design and the action-packed sequences shown in the footage.

The trailer, released on September 2, highlights the four-episode Disney+ series set to premiere on September 24 as Marvel’s first TV-MA animation, featuring intense violence, dismemberment, and undead battles. In one sequence, Blade Knight slices through a zombified Ghost, introducing a new Blade variant voiced by Todd Williams.
On social media, users spotlighted the design and action sequences of Blade Knight. One fan wrote, “This shot of Blade Knight goes so hard dude,” alongside an image from the trailer, drawing more than 45,000 views in a matter of hours. Another user remarked, “Blade looks unstoppable here,” in a post that surpassed 17,000 views.
The mashup has also reignited conversations about Marvel’s stalled Blade live-action movie.
