Spotify and BMG have entered into a direct, multiyear US publishing licensing agreement.
The deal marks the latest development since BMG’s late-2023 announcement to assume direct control of its digital operations, allowing the company to oversee its own relationships with streaming platforms with a goal of improving efficiency across its music catalog.
