One of the most awarded groups in country music history will play Louisiana as part of their 2026 “Neon Moon” tour.
Brooks & Dunn will play the Lafayette Cajundome on Thursday, Oct. 8, and tickets go on sale to the public on the Cajundome booking site on Friday, Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. The presale opens on Thursday, Feb. 26 at 10 a.m.
Kix Brooks, a native of Shreveport, and Ronnie Dunn have been a duo since 1988, with the founding of Brooks & Dunn. This year’s tour is named for one of their hit singles from their debut album, “Brand New Man,” released in 1991.
The group has released dozens of singles, like “Ain’t Nothing ’bout You” and “Red Dirt Road,” that have reached the top of the country music and Billboard Hot 100 charts over the years, and they are grouped with artists like Vince Gill and Miranda Lambert as some of the winningest groups in history at the Country Music Association awards and the Academy of Country Music awards. Brooks & Dunn were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2019.
Artists Tucker Wetmore and Caylee Hammack will join Brooks & Dunn at the Cajundome show on Oct. 8.
