The 16-time Grammy winner is up for three more awards this year: record and song of the year and best pop duo/group performance, all for his “Apt.” collaboration with Rosé.
Mars’ 16 Grammys include four as part of Silk Sonic (including song and record of the year for “Leave The Door Open”) at the 2022 Grammys. He also won song, album and record of the year at the 2018 Grammys, album of the year in 2017 for 25 and record of the year in 2016 for the ubiquitous “Uptown Funk.”
He recently announced that he’d be releasing a new solo album, The Romantic, on Feb. 27. And he’s supporting it with a seven-month-long world tour, starting in April.
