BTS will release two new songs on June 12 as part of a special vinyl edition of their fifth studio album, Arirang, Big Hit Music announced. The release is timed to coincide with the group’s 13th debut anniversary and its annual Festa celebrations, marking a major milestone for the pop icons following a period of intense artistic transition.
The announcement arrives on the heels of the massive commercial performance of Arirang. The album served as the definitive marker of the group’s return to collective recording, stabilizing their commercial dominance and reaffirming their position at the top of the global music industry. Effectively, the vinyl release is an effort to sustain that momentum by offering a physical commodity to a highly dedicated global collector market.

According to Big Hit Music, the limited-edition record will append two previously unreleased tracks to the original Arirang tracklist. The first, titled “Voice Message: Love Song,” uses a voicemail motif to deliver thoughts and insights from all seven members of the group. It builds directly on their “What is your love song?” campaign, which explores love—like self-love and healing—beyond typical romance, encouraging fans to find strength in their personal memories and scars.
The second addition is an official Korean-language version of their existing track “Normal.” The original English version of the song has been a subject of discussion within the music community for its raw commentary on the isolating costs of global celebrity, making this native-language translation a sure emotional shift for fans and listeners.
The physical rollout is scheduled to overlap with a busy holiday weekend for the BTS followers. Alongside the vinyl drop, BTS will perform a two-day stadium concert in Busan on June 12 and 13. The weekend adds to the 2026 BTS Festa, an annual online and offline festival celebrating the group’s 13th anniversary.
The Korea Herald reports that the festival, spread across two weeks, will include BTS’s traditional annual “family photo,” a staple since 2014. Fans can also look forward to a special performance video of the song “Hooligan” as well as new episodes of their popular variety series, Run BTS 2.0.
