In the now-deleted post, fact number 14 read: “Her Royal Highness also has two stepchildren from her second marriage to Sir Timothy Laurence, Tom and Amy Laurence.”
Cue the confusion. Social media quickly lit up with puzzled reactions. “#14 Tom and Amy Laurence? Either I’ve gone crazy or Sir Tim has secret children,” one user wrote. “Pretty sure this is an error, but how did that happen?”
Another chimed in, “Am I going a bit mad? Princess Anne has two stepchildren? That’s news to me.” While a third summed up what I’m sure a lot of people were thinking, writing, “Have never heard that! If so, they’ve certainly been kept under wraps!”
