Caitlin Clark Reacts to Exciting Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift News originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce took the internet by storm Monday morning when they revealed that a new episode of their New Heights podcast is on the way—an exclusive airing Wednesday night at 7 p.m. EST—with all signs initially pointing to Taylor Swift as the guest.
Just hours later, they confirmed Swift’s appearance by posting a brief snippet showing her and Travis sitting together, instantly going viral across all of social media.
“Such a nice color on you,” Swift says to Travis, referring to his sweatshirt.
“Yes, I know—it’s the color of your eyes, sweetie… that’s why we match so well,” Kelce replied.
An excited Swift then added, “We’re about to do a [explicit] podcast!”
The announcement of Swift as the next guest on the show caught the attention of avid Chiefs fan and self-proclaimed “Swiftie” Caitlin Clark.
Shortly after the clip was posted to social media, Clark reposted the video to her Instagram story and commented, “AHHHHHHH!!!!! LFGGGGGG.”
Clark has long been a huge fan of both Swift and Kelce, having supported the Chiefs since she was young. During last season’s NFL playoffs, she attended Kansas City’s divisional-round matchup against the Houston Texans alongside Swift in one of her suites—a moment that quickly went viral given the popularity of both women in their respective fields.
Wednesday’s episode will mark Swift’s first appearance on “New Heights,” despite her relationship with Travis beginning back in 2023. Clark, meanwhile, made her debut on the show as a guest in January, an episode that racked up over 1.3 million views.
It’s almost certain that Swift’s episode will post staggering numbers. In fact, within just 30 minutes on Monday night, the “New Heights” snippet featuring Taylor and Travis had already been viewed more than two million times on social media.
