Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune has announced details for its annual Fourth of July celebration, which will coincide with America’s 250th birthday.
The 2026 USAA Fourth of July Celebration, presented by Guild Mortgage, will be held July 4 at W.P.T. Hill Field aboard Camp Lejeune.
Gates will open at 4 p.m., with live entertainment, family activities and a fireworks display planned throughout the evening.
This year’s event will feature multi-platinum country artist Dylan Scott as the headlining performer. Pop-rock band Hot Chelle Rae, known for hits including “Tonight Tonight,” will also perform.
Base officials said the event is designed to bring together military families, service members and the broader military community to celebrate Independence Day and recognize the nation’s semiquincentennial.
“This year marks an extraordinary milestone — America’s 250th birthday — making the gathering even more meaningful as we honor both our military community and our nation’s legacy,” officials said in a release.
The celebration is open to Department of Defense ID card holders and their guests.
Camp Lejeune officials said guests age 18 and older who do not possess a Department of Defense-issued identification card must be sponsored by an authorized cardholder and obtain a visitor pass before June 26.
Officials also noted the Trusted Traveler Program remains suspended.
