Armorsaurs is adapted from South Korean series Armored Saurus
UK public broadcaster the BBC has picked up two seasons of live-action and VFX kids’ series Armorsaurs.
Produced by MGA Entertainment in the US, Armorsaurs is a remake of South Korean series Armored Saurus, developed by Daewon Media.
The story follows a team of teen pilots and their armoured dinosaurs, who are humanity’s last line of defence against an advanced alien race intent on returning to Earth to replenish their army of prehistoric fighting dinosaurs.
London-based Cake handles distribution of both the original series and remake outside of South Korea, Japan and China. Armorsaurs, aimed at kids aged six-plus, will premiere on CBBC and iPlayer in February.
