CBS Media Ventures has announced its syndication slate for the 2026-2027 broadcast season, which includes eight renewals and three new titles.
The returning programs include “Entertainment Tonight,” which has been renewed for its 46th season just as NBCUniversal has pulled the plug on its chief competitor, “Access Hollywood,” as part of that company’s decision to get out of the first-run business.

In comparison, CBS Media Ventures sent a message Wednesday that it’s still in the syndication game, ordering the new legal series “Adam’s Law,” starring Judge Adam Levy. That show is produced by Judge Judy Sheindlin (who is Levy’s mother). This deal is notable as Sheindlin ended “Judge Judy” in 2021 in a bit of an acrimonious split with the Eye, and launched a new show at Amazon. (CBS Media Ventures continues to distribute repeats of “Judge Judy,” while it also still produces and distributes “Hot Bench,” which Sheindlin created.)
“Adam’s Law” is one of two new series set to be distribbed by CBS Media Ventures, along with “American Mayhem,” described as “high-energy extreme video programming.”
“American Mayhem” is produced by V10 Entertainment, which also produces ABC’s “America’s Funniest Home Videos.” CBS Media Ventures has now secured the rights to distribute off-net episodes of the Alfonso Ribiero era of “AFV,” which was listed among CBS Media Ventures’ fall slate.
Meanwhile, besides “Entertainment Tonight,” which continues to be hosted by Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner, CBS Media Ventures also renewed the daily newsmagazine “Inside Edition,” hosted by Eva Pilgrim, for Season 39.
On the game show front, the Jaleel White-hosted “Flip Side” will be back for Season 3, while newcomer “The Perfect Line,” hosted by Deborah Norville, is back for Season 2.
As previously announced, daytime talker “The Drew Barrymore Show” was recently renewed for two seasons. And the Sony-produced game shows “Jeopardy!” and “Wheel of Fortune,” the source of a legal battle between CBS and that studio, continue to be distributed by CBS through the 2027-2028 TV season.
