LOUISVILLE, Ky. — For 36 years, sisters Patricia and Priscilla Barnstable have hosted one of the best-known Kentucky Derby parties — the Barnstable Brown Derby Eve Gala.
Hosted at the home of Patricia Barnstable Brown in the Highlands, the party benefits the Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center at the University of Kentucky. The event was founded by the Barnstable twins, their mother, Wilma, and Patricia’s late husband, David E. Brown, in 1989.
“This historic 37th year will be extraordinary,” said Patricia. “We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our friends!”
Every year, the party attracts celebrities from movies, television, music and athletics. The 2026 guest list includes familiar faces and some new ones.
