Charlotte Sands is back with her first piece of music in 2026: her latest single “back to you”. With this, the up-and-coming star is only continuing to cement her place in the music industry.
The new song comes just ahead of her sophomore album, Satellite, set to hit streaming services on March 6. With other singles “Afterlife”, “Neckdeep”, “Hush”, and “One Eye Open” receiving rave reviews from fans, this has only made them even more enthusiastic for the full project.
Opening on guitar, Charlotte self-reflects, revealing how easy it is to lose yourself in a relationship despite the warning signs. She explores the cycle of excuses and choices that keep drawing someone back to the same person. The emotional, intimate lyrics perfectly capture the push-pull feeling of coming back into someone’s orbit, even if you’ve outgrown them: “I’m stuck in the bed we made / I’m living in a loop / Running circles back to you”.
The captivating message reminds us of Charlotte’s ability to turn a personal, alt-pop soul search into something her fans can also resonate with, making her that much more powerful as a musician.
Charlotte had an electric 2025, including performances at Vans Warped Tour and idobi Radio’s Summer School Tour, and she doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
