Music-rights tech firm Chordal continues to build momentum for its ‘InstantClear’ pre-clearance licensing system. Today it is naming 21 new partners for its platform.
Warp, Believe Publishing and Indian firm Hoopr are among the standout names from the list, which also includes 3000 Years, AMF Publishing, Material Music, Aura, Bohemia Records, Colorburst Records, German Bulldozer and Springstoff.
Loudkult, Heard & Seen, Mhodi Music Company, Lyst Publishing, In Real Life, Vel Records, FRSH SONX, Waxploitation, Good Time Records and Freedom Music Group are the other companies joining the network.
This follows last year’s deal with Kobalt Music Publishing and integration with TikTok’s Commercial Music Library, with Chordal stressing the global nature of its latest partners.
“We’re seeing significant demand from rightsholders outside of the US who want better infrastructure to participate in the emerging global micro-licensing business,” said CEO Grayson Sanders.
