BB Riverboats in Newport ranked No. 5 in the Best Dinner Cruise category for USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, which were announced Wednesday. Last year, the cruise earned the No. 7 spot.
StarLite Cruises in Clearwater, Florida, ranked No. 1 overall.

Selections for USA TODAY’s 10Best rankings are nominated by a panel of industry experts, vetted by 10Best editors and then voted on by the public. Cincinnati has been featured in several 10Best categories already this year, including Best Riverwalk, Best New Brewery, Best History Museum, Best Children’s Museum, Best Pop Culture Museum and Best City for Street Art.
Newport also ranked No. 9 for top historic small towns.
