GAUTIER, Miss. (WLOX) – On Tuesday, the Gautier City Council unanimously approved an extension for the entertainment contract for The Sound Amphitheater.
The contract now goes from 2026 to 2028. Over that three-year span, 46 Entertainment, Peachtree Entertainment and PTP Country, LLC agreed to put on 36 shows at the venue.
As part of the contract, the city is now responsible for venue cleanup and setting up and taking down chairs when needed.
Just as before, the city will get $4 for every ticket sold, 10% of the net profit and 10% of sponsorship revenue.
