The hulk-like former boxer-father of Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown has been clobbered with attempted murder charges after witnesses say he stabbed a man repeatedly in a fight over a minor door-ding in a parking lot, per News 3.

While hoopster Jaylen is 6-foot-6, he’s dwarfed by his 52-year-old dad, Marselles, a 300-pound, 7-footer and former WBU heavyweight champion with a 33-18 win-loss record.
Cops say at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 20, Cross Tupuola, a 28-year-old youth football coach, was sitting in his vehicle with his girlfriend in a Las Vegas parking lot when an SUV pulled up alongside, the SUV passenger door opened and hit the car’s driver-side door.
The girlfriend told cops “her boyfriend got out to check for damage … The other man [reportedly Brown] … said ‘it was just a bump’ and called the boyfriend a ‘b* a**.’”
Then the woman said “the man asked ‘if he wanted to go’ to which the boyfriend said ‘yes,’ ” the police said.
“After the boyfriend turned his back, the man … briskly walked after him,” pulled out something from his right side, “swung his arm in a straight stabbing motion and struck [the boyfriend] in his back.”
“The man … then hit him several times in the stomach, and the boyfriend … ran to his car and drove to a pharmacy and called an ambulance.”

Sources say the victim “suffered stab wounds to his back, upper right clavicle area, and left hand, plus a broken right rib that might need surgery.”
Cops later stopped the SUV and “found Brown sitting in a passenger seat … he had abrasions on his knees and was bleeding from his face,” says a police report. “He spontaneously uttered that this was all over a door ding.”
He was charged with attempted murder and bond was set at $300,000.
Sources say no knife was found.
