As Edwards and Ish were in the midst of a high-stakes operation, the mission included an exchange related to nuclear weapons. A “third-party” interrupted their op, and immense chaos ensued. In the chaotic moments, it was hard to decipher what was really happening. Ish chased the “third-party” hostile intruder into a subway tunnel, but this turned out to be a mistake.

As Ish chased the intruder, he ended up in a hostile, closed-up environment. Before Edward could help him out, Ish was killed in the fight. Edward does eventually get to the intruder and even kills him. But, it turns out that Ish had already died from the fight.
