It seems that David Harbour is seeing someone over 20 years his junior, and it’s probably the most unexpected news in 2026 so far.
In case you missed it, the go-to gossip site DeuxMoi revealed something that eye-witnesses claimed. An eyewitness claimed that they saw that “Delaney Rowe was on a date with David Harbor at Tower Bar tonight!”
Rowe is an actress and comedian, known for her “cringey” videos on TikTok that poke fun at common tropes in film, like her portraying the “absolutely insufferable female lead of an indie movie.”
It’s unclear how they met, but fans are both scratching their heads and dying to learn more.

For those who don’t know, the Stranger Things alum and Allen started dating in 2019, and married a year later, in 2020, in a Las Vegas elopement that was famously officiated by an Elvis impersonator. He became the stepdad to her two daughters, but then, in 2025, the pair called it quits after a few years of marriage.
Insiders told People: “Her marriage has been crumbling and they have split….[It’s been] very hard for her and her girls.” In her 2025 album, West End Girl, Allen sang about the downfall of her marriage to Harbour, hinting that the actor broke the rules of their “open” relationship.
Along with Allen, Harbour dated Maria Thayer from 2008 to 2011, actress Julia Stiles from 2011 to 2013, Alison Sudol from 2017 to 2019, and allegedly cheated on Allen with Natalie Tippett, who is 15 years his junior.
As for Rowe, she reportedly dated B.J. Novak back in 2024.
