Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz tied the knot for the second time in less than three years in front of a carefully selected group – with David, Victoria and their other children banned from attending
Beckham fans have become alarmed after spotting a major ‘red flag’ in Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s vow renewal photos.
The happy couple opted to tie the knot for a second time in three years in front of 200 family and friends. Sadly, the cosy pictures highlighted the family rift between Brooklyn and his parents has hit an all time low with his close circle banned from attending. Sources say that not only were David, Victoria and their children Cruz, Romeo and Harper not invited, but they didn’t even know the ceremony was happening.
Nicola and Brooklyn’s Instagram photos sent shockwaves into the heart of the Beckham camp, with their eldest child celebrating with his in-laws without them. To rub further salt into the wound, Nicola made sure her parents had starring roles on the day with her dad Nelson officiating the ceremony and mum Claudia donating her wedding dress for the ‘bride’ to wear.
But fans were more alarmed after clocking a disturbing detail in the vow renewal photos. After many claimed Brooklyn looked ‘miserable’ and like a ‘guest at his own wedding’, one Instagram user turned detective and counted how many photos the wannabe chef is actually in.

“Out of 48 pictures of the wedding 10 have got Brooklyn in them without his face being obscured by his wife’s. I haven’t really followed this narrative but came to see the pictures today,” said the eagle-eyed fan. “It seems like it was more of an excuse for Instagram photoshoot than a celebration of love.”
Others also noted that Brooklyn wasn’t in the majority of the photos that focused on actress Nicole and her friends. “Brooklyn looks like a guest at his own ‘second wedding” mocked a third. “He does!!” one replied
“I noticed the same and there is one photo of her and Brooklyn on all of these. Brooklyn looks like a guest at her party. I know we don’t know what has truly happened but it’s very sad.”
“I have a son and watching this makes me worry,” said another.
Last night, the Mirror exclusive revealed how friends of Nicola and Brooklyn have told how Brooklyn’s siblings Romeo and Cruz were the reason the Beckhams’s didnt get a call up to the no-expense spared nuptials.
“Brooklyn’s brothers have been fanning the flames..they’ve openly made fun of and trolled Brooklyn in comments on social media,” said the pal. One comment under the spotlight was when Cruz responded to a post from a user asking him he was “going to stick with this job or going to become a race car driver next or something?”
To which Cruz, seemingly referring to his brother Brooklyn’s many career paths, responded: “Wrong brother mate”.
There are some who feel Nicola is looking for “any reason” to drive Brooklyn further from his brothers. She’s previously been accused of “isolating” her husband from not only his family, but his friends too.
Peltz’s friend was responding to questions as to why it was necessary to ban the whole Beckham family from the wedding celebration on August 2. We told yesterday how there was disappointment that not only Victoria and David were not invited but also his three siblings Cruz, Harper and Romeo, as well as his grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles.
As one insider told the Mirror: “Why punish the whole family for what is essentially a fall-out with just the mum and dad.” Nicola and Brooklyn’s pals claim it was hard not to invite sister Harper, who is close to Brooklyn, as well as his grandparents.
The pal said: “They are trying to make the best decisions for them in what are very unfortunate circumstances. Navigating family stuff is hard and it’s ugly.”
Astonishingly, they still claim to hope for a reconciliation. The pal said: “The door is open. No one wants to see this kind of pain exist. There is always hope. At the end of the day. Blood is thicker than water.”
