President Trump has posted an A.I. video of himself as a doctor, diagnosing celebrities with ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’.
The clip features recreations of Hollywood actors and celebrities Trump has previously criticized, including Whoopi Goldberg, Robert De Niro, Julia Roberts and Rosie O’Donnell.
”Have you or someone you know been diagnosed with TDS?” the A.I.-generated Trump asks at the start of the clip posted to Truth Social late Wednesday.
“The symptoms can be relentless. Fortunately, I’m Doctor Trump, and I have a treatment plan.”
The A.I.-generated commander-in-chief then invites the viewer to hear from some of his “patients.”

“I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep, constantly angry…” the fake De Niro says. “I made everyone miserable around me.”
“I feel like I’ve aged 20 years in the last two years,” the A.I Roberts adds, claiming that she was starting to “worry about her future.”
The fake O’Donnell claims that she has been “suffering for over a decade,” while the A.I. Goldberg says she believed that she was a “lost cause.”
Other stars that are spoofed in the 90 second clip are actors Edward Norton and John Leguizamo, both of whom have criticized the president.
Only at the end of the video does ‘Doctor Trump’ reveal what his so-called ‘treatment’ actually is.

“Turn off fake news,” he instructs. “Say your prayers and, if you ever feel anxious, just have a Diet Coke like me and you’re gonna see a remarkable difference in your life.”
Trump has often labeled his detractors as having Trump Derangement Syndrome, even claiming in the Oval Office that he had heard that it “actually is a disease.”
The term is an adaptation of “Bush Derangement Syndrome,” which was coined by columnist Charles Krauthammer in 2003.
Krauthammer described the term as “the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency-nay-the very existence of George W. Bush.”

Many of the celebrities in the video have criticized Trump in real life, with De Niro previously branding Trump as an “existential threat to our freedoms and security.”
O’Donnell and Trump have been locked in a public feud ever since 2006 and have repeatedly blasted each other in the media.
And Goldberg, who like O’Donnell has starred on The View, claimed in 2024 that Trump wants to be a “dictator for life.”
During the run-up to the 2024 presidential election, Roberts narrated a video for Vote Common Good in which she reminded women that their vote is their choice alone, regardless of how their husbands or anyone else may be voting. The woman in the video is seen voting for former Vice President Kamala Harris.
