We’ve all seen celebrities shielding themselves from photographers. Movie stars, athletes and famous singers understandably get tired of being followed by the paparazzi and need some space. Sometimes interactions between the photog and subject have become contentious, with yelling and even physical altercations.
Dunkin, who resembles a Staffordshire Terrier mix, didn’t want to be the object of any content during some time with his mom and made it crystal clear.
In the TikTok from @haleyandthepets, Dunkin sat in the kitchen as his mom held out her hands with treats in one of them. She wanted him to guess which one. Then, Dunkin noticed he was being filmed.
“Bro said cut the cameras,” the onscreen text revealed.
In one swift move, the pooch protested by jumping up and literally trying to eat the phone or camera recording him. You could literally see the back of Dunkin’s throat as he opened his mouth wide to try and consume the device.
His mom got up and walked out of the room with the perturbed pooch close behind her. He then walked through a barely-opened door and closed it by pulling a sock tied around the handle. Maybe it was his way of saying “no paparazzi!”
The content creator had some fun with the situation and speculated on what Dunkin would do next.
“Bro was never seen again,” the onscreen text read. “Witnesses have said they have last seen him in Vegas gambling.”
Dunkin Doesn’t Dislike All Photos
The social media account showcases Dunkin and his many talents, so he is obviously somewhat used to his online fame. While there are days he may be more adverse to the camera, there are some pictures of himself he appreciates.
A previous Tiktok showed Dunkin being presented with a photo of himself dressed in a red royal crown and beige cape. The princely pic appealed to the pooch, where he showed his approval with tail wagging and even a lick on the phone.

Maybe Dunkin was having an off day during that one particular moment, but everyone is allowed to be camera shy once in a while.
