Someone like Fred again probably feels more natural in a raw warehouse with people fully locked into the music than in a super VIP-focused club. The vibe matches the artist.
And that matters more than people think.
Sometimes a crowd can be having fun, but they’re not really your crowd. They’re there for the party, not necessarily for the artist.
That’s why choosing the right venues and environment can be just as important as getting the gig itself.
