Fans who can’t make it to Minneapolis on March 6 will still be able to take part in Dropkick Murphys’ free benefit concert honoring Alex Pretti.

The Boston-based Celtic punk band announced earlier this week that it will perform a free acoustic set in the parking lot of the Black Forest Inn, across the street from the Alex Pretti memorial, ahead of its sold-out show that evening at the Palace Theatre in St. Paul. Now, organizers have confirmed the event will also stream live online.

The concert and livestream are free to attend and view. Valor Media and the Save America Movement will produce the stream, which will be available at AbolishICE.live.

While there is no cost to tune in, organizers are encouraging viewers to donate to Minnesota-based organizations supporting affected families and communities. Beneficiaries include Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Show Up for Eat Street, Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota, and Rent Support for Bancroft Families.

“We are so proud of how Minnesota stood up and met this moment and we are so sad for the community and for the Pretti and Good families for what they’ve gone through, so it is an honor to come down and be able to play some music for the people and let them know we stand in solidarity with them,” frontman Ken Casey said in a statement.

The afternoon event begins at 1 p.m., with Dropkick Murphys set to take the stage at 4 p.m. Additional performers include the Wild Colonial Bhoys, Danza Ketzal, Brass Solidarity, Kiss the Tiger, Sophie Hiroko, Chutes, Obi Original, The Shackletons, and Laamar.

The benefit takes place one month after Pretti was shot and killed by a federal immigration agent on Jan. 24. The March 6 concert is part memorial, part fundraiser, and part show of solidarity—bringing together music and community in a moment of shared grief and activism.
