The star of a hit sitcom made the trip from the plains of Pawnee to the streets of Somerville last week.
Amy Poehler popped into Diesel Cafe in Davis Square on Thursday, April 2, according to an Instagram post from the coffee shop.
Staff at the Somerville establishment recognized the famous actress and asked to take a selfie with her, which was later posted on social media.
“Autumn noticed a familiar face the other day and it happened to be the one and only @amypoehler,” the caption on the Instagram post, which contained the selfie, read. ”Does this make Diesel officially an A-List status cafe?”
