EXCLUSIVE: Entertainment 360 has expanded its comedy roster with the addition of Miro Terrell and Danielle Esparza, a pair of veteran agents who are heavy-hitters in the space, as Talent Managers. The duo will work out of the company’s New York City office.

Entertainment 360 first saw a major opportunity to grow its comedy business in 2023, when it landed the Partner trio of Susie Fox, Mackenzie Condon Roussos and Chelsea McKinnies, solidifying the firm’s commitment to the space. Today, Terrell and Esparza join their rapidly growing team overseeing the careers of award-winning and emerging clients like Michael Che, Ramy Youssef, Megan Stalter, Ilana Glazer, Benito Skinner, Hannah Berner, Jerrod Carmichael, Atsuko Okatsuka, Mary Beth Barone, Owen Thiele and more.

Terrell joins following nearly a decade as an agent in the TV Literary Department at UTA, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of standout comedic voices such as Bowen Yang, Matt Rogers, Megan Stalter, Robby Hoffman, Alice Ju, Stavros Halkias, Sheng Wang, Phil Augusta Jackson and Chris Estrada.

Prior to UTA, Terrell spent seven years at Comedy Central as Director of Talent & Specials, scouting, developing, and programming stand-up content. She also served as executive in charge of production for specials from Nate Bargatze, Nikki Glazer and Pete Davidson, among others. At Entertainment 360, she will continue to champion a dynamic roster of writers, directors, performers and creators focused on comedy while spanning a broad range of creative disciplines.

Esparza brings more than a decade of experience representing top stand-up talent. She most recently spent eight years at WME following her tenure as an agent at APA (now IAG). Esparza has overseen worldwide tours and comedy specials for comics including Alex Edelman, Pete Holmes and Mekki Leeper, and has also worked with Rachel Sennott, Ashley Gavin, Tony Baker, Joel Kim Booster, Sabrina Wu and Jordan Jensen. A Los Angeles native, she brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of developing comics from clubs to theaters and beyond.

In a statement on their appointments, the Entertainment 360 partners said, “We’re excited to welcome Miro and Danielle to 360. Their sharp instincts and unwavering commitment to artists have distinguished them as standouts, and we look forward to supporting their growth as managers. This move not only deepens our investment in New York, but also underscores our broader commitment to the next generation of comedy talent and building an enduring platform for extraordinary voices.”
