Meghan Markle has been characterized as “real,””divine,” and “beautiful” ahead of her Australia visit.
Prior to her appearance at a wellness retreat in Sydney on April 17, organizer Gemma O’Neill shared an update with her followers about her latest conversation with Meghan. The event featured yoga, sound healing, meditation, and a ‘fireside chat’ Q&A with the 44-year-old former Royal alongside a gala dinner. Host Gemma O’Neill provided an update to her followers about her conversation with Meghan ahead of the event.
The event coordinator added, “‘I just immediately loved chatting to her, she was just amazing, and I just adore already, and I’m so excited for those who are joining us in our community next weekend to have the opportunity to experience how brilliant she is as well.”
According to the Daily Mail, the host went on to say, “I know she is really looking forward to it and she can’t wait to be in a room with our community and great women, and she was just like ‘let’s just have a real chat. Let’s just woman-to-woman, let’s go for it.'”
In the enthusiastic video, Ms. O’Neill reveals that she is already Meghan’s “biggest fan,” reports the Express.
The event is taking place at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, where accommodations generally range between $340 and $600 per night. Some 300 women are expected to attend the event, which runs from April 17 to 19.
Tickets for the event started at A$2,699 ($1,937) per person, while the VIP experience cost fans A$3,199 ($2,295). This experience includes, but is not limited to, a group picture with Meghan, seating within the front two rows at Meghan’s event, and an exclusive VIP goodie bag.
The event has already drawn criticism for its hefty price tag, with one commenter writing, “For $3,000 I’d want her to come around to my house and cook me dinner and then cut it up and feed it to me before she does the dishes and my laundry and then vacuums the house. She can wash the car too. Three Grand!!! P*** off.”
Prince Harry is also expected to accompany his wife on the trip Down Under, while their children, six-year-old Prince Archie and four-year-old Princess Lilibet, will reportedly stay at the family’s home in the US.
