Every Year After is our current obsession, as the new yearning TV show on Prime Video ticks all the boxes. However, it does deviate from the source material a fair bit. Fans of Every Summer After by Carley Fortune may be surprised by some of the twists and turns, but Abigail Cowen, who plays Delilah Mason, believes they will draw people in. “We expand on other characters, and I think that’s really fun,” she tells Refinery29 Australia. “[With] Delilah, we get to see a lot more of her and what she’s going through. Same with… Chantal. She got to kind of have that creative liberty.” While the star admits some are a bit of a shock, fans will likely be hooked and want to see where the storylines go.
