ABC has revealed its complete premiere plans for its fall 2025-2026 schedule, giving fans a full preview of what’s ahead on the alphabet network this season.

The lineup includes the return of some fan favorites and a new offering that’s bound to satisfy a built-in fanbase. Sadly, there are also a couple of high-profile absences from the roster.

Renewed ABC Shows

ABC gave renewals for 9-1-1 Season 9, Abbott Elementary Season 5, Bachelor in Paradise Season 10, Dancing With the Stars Season 34, The Golden Bachelor Season 2, Grey’s Anatomy Season 22, High Potential Season 2, The Rookie Season 8, Shifting Gears Season 2, and Will Trent Season 4, American Idol Season 24, America’s Funniest Home Videos Season 36, Celebrity Jeopardy! Season 4, Celebrity Wheel of Fortune Season 6, and Shark Tank Season 17.

Canceled ABC Shows

Not returning for the fall on ABC is The Conners, which concluded its seven-season run this spring. Sadly, Doctor Odyssey, the new Ryan Murphy dramedy that centered on a crew of cruise ship medics, won’t be back for a second season either. The network also hasn’t yet announced renewals for The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, Claim to Fame, and Press Your Luck.

New ABC Shows

New to ABC is 9-1-1: Nashville, a second spinoff of 9-1-1 following the ending of 9-1-1: Lone Star. The series will star Chris O’Donnell in the lead, and Jessica Capshaw has also joined the cast.

ABC Fall 2025 Special Programming

Sunday nights will once again be Disney movie night for ABC. The film slate for ABC’s The Wonderful World of Disney film series on Sundays at 8/7c includes the world television premieres for Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 3, Elemental, and Avatar: The Way of Water, and the broadcast premiere of Wakanda Forever.
