‘Fire Country’ Fans React to Max Thieriot’s Sweet Family Update

The season 4 finale of Fire Country aired on May 22 on CBS.

Star Max Thieriot gave a glimpse of his personal life with a video of his family at the Indy 500.

Max married his wife Lexi Murphy in 2013, and they welcomed sons Beaux and Maximus in 2015 and 2018, respectively.

Fire Country may be over for the moment, but Max Thieriot is fired up for another reason.

The actor has played Bode Leone for the last four seasons on CBS, and fans love tuning in every Friday night for new episodes. While the show is on hiatus until season 5 this fall, Max is taking advantage of the downtime by spending precious moments with his wife, Lexi Murphy, and their two sons, Beaux and Maximus.

On May 23, Max posted a rare Instagram update of his family at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Indianapolis 500. The video showed his sons’ reactions to the races and himself getting into the driver’s seat.

“Saturday at Indy 😁 🏎️ 🏁 #indy500,” he wrote in the caption.

Given how careful Max is about keeping private family moments off social media, fans loved seeing his kids at the sporting event.

“That’s awesome. I know your boys had a blast. Great family memories being made. Hope you all stay safe and have a wonderful weekend,” one person wrote in the comments. “That’s freaking awesome!! I hope the fam had a blast!! What a core memory day for the boys,” another agreed. “Awesome, bet the kids loved it as much as you,” a different follower added.

Max and Lexi tied the knot in June 2013 after eight years of dating. The two welcomed Beaux into the family in 2015 and Maximus in 2018.

Max occasionally gives glimpses into their life.
