COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – A former movie theater at Northgate Mall has reopened as an indoor entertainment venue featuring go-karts, climbing and other attractions.
Epic Entertainment Center opened Monday in Colerain Township, occupying the former theater space inside the mall.
The 58,000-square-foot facility includes dozens of arcade games, a multi-level indoor go-kart track, a two-story ropes course and trampoline attractions for activities such as basketball and dodgeball.
The company said it has implemented safety measures, including security cameras, on-site security personnel and off-duty police officers. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their visit.
In addition to general admission activities, the venue is offering space for group events and parties.
The opening follows more than a year of renovations to convert the former theater into the new entertainment center.
