The 70-year-old actor is known for taking on roles in hit shows such as CSI: Miami before officially stepping away from the screen 14 years earlier.
His performances have also garnered critical praise, with the star raking in an Emmy nomination as well as a Golden Globe win.

The star appeared in additional films throughout the mid to late 90s such as Jade (1995) and Body Count (1998).

‘There was not enough time because of the elaborate procedural scenes,’ LaRue added.
When the show ended, Caruso opted to bid farewell to his Hollywood career and instead later opened up an art gallery which has since been closed.
But a source previously told the Daily Mail that the retired star still has a special place in his heart for his acting career.
‘He has a photo of himself from his time on CSI Miami and another from Proof of Life – two of his biggest hits. Both are hung up in his garage.’
