Freddie Mercury’s alleged “secret daughter” has dropped a shocking revelation about the Queen frontman’s death, pointing fingers at his supposed lover Barbara Valentin for his passing.
Freddie passed away four years after being diagnosed with AIDS in 1987, succumbing to complications of the disease in November 1991 at the age of 45.
Valentin was a close friend of Mercury, who lived with her and her daughter in an apartment in Munich. However, his “secret daughter,” known only as B, alleges that she “took him deeper” instead of keeping him grounded.
Speaking about Barbara, who passed away in 2002, she said, “No one can deny her significance in Freddie’s life throughout the two years that their relationship lasted.
“Had she adopted the same attitude as Mary, and had she tried to keep Freddie’s feet on the ground rather than taking him deeper, his immune system might have resisted the virus for significantly longer,” she stated, via Mail Online.
“We had a very close and loving relationship from the moment I was born and throughout the final 15 years of his life. He adored me and was devoted to me.”
She asserts that Freddie gave her 17 handwritten journals, “the closest thing to a Freddie Mercury autobiography that the world will ever know.”
These claims were reportedly already well-known among the Queen star’s inner circle – but Brian May’s wife Anita Dobson dismissed it as “fake news.”
