What is AMP?
The Levitt AMP grant is geared toward places with populations under 250,000. “AMP” is described by the organization as having three goals: “Amplify community pride and a city’s unique character; enrich lives through the power of free, live music; and illustrate the importance of inclusive and vibrant public places.”
When will the free concerts begin?
The grant will bring free, live outdoor concerts to Caddo Common Park in Shreveport Common during the 2026 to 2028 time period, approximately ten concerts per year. In the email, Bonnevier said that SRAC plans to feature diverse, high-quality artists for everyone in the community and that they will announce the artist lineup, performance dates, and full programming details at a press conference in January 2026.
