From beats to ballads, must-see hip-hop and R&B concerts coming to Nashville this fall

Music City continues to live up to its name, not only in the realm of country music, but also in the world of hip-hop and R&B.

Nashville is proving its versatility, hosting an exciting lineup of artists from both R&B and hip-hop. From soulful rhythms to hard-hitting beats, the concert scene is stacked. Here’s a guide to the must-see shows coming to Music City through the end of the year

Hip-hop artists headed to Nashville

• “Cowboy Carter” collaborator and genre-bending star Shaboozey will hit the stage at The Pinnacle on Sept. 29 as part of The Great American Roadshow Tour.

• Rapper NBA Youngboy is set to bring his Never Broke Again Tour to Bridgestone Arena on Oct. 16. Other artists, including DeeBaby, K3, Offset, NoCap, Mellow Rackz, and Lil Dump are also scheduled to perform.

• Grammy-winning artist Lupe Fiasco will perform at Nashville’s Skydeck on Oct. 24.

• Rapper and actor Joey Bada$$ will stop in Nashville on Nov. 16 for his Dark Aura Tour with  Ab-Soul, and Rapsody.

• Rapper GoldLink will hit the stage at Nashville’s Brooklyn Bowl on Nov. 26.

• Playboi Carti will head to Music city on his Antagonist Tour, performing at Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 28.

• MGK is set to perform at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Dec. 16. on his Lost Americana Tour.

R&B artists coming to Nashville this fall

• Grammy-winning musician Raphael Saadiq will perform at Schermerhorn Symphony Center on Oct. 14 for his No Bandwidth Tour.

• R&B legend Erykah Badu is is scheduled to perform in Nashville on Dec. 8 on her Mama’s Gun ’25, the Return of Automatic Slim Tour.

This list highlights just a few of the big shows. There are many other hip-hop and R&B artists — both rising and established — set to hit stages across the city.
