Recent Company History

Recent history shows Globavend using corporate actions to reshape its trajectory. A prior acquisition initiative on May 29, 2024 (MOU to acquire Top Logistics in Australia) drove a -10.06% move, even though it aligned with growth ambitions. Since then, filings highlight a controlling shareholder focused on M&A and new business lines. Today’s Loomi deal continues that expansion theme, but into digital entertainment and AI-enabled content.

In the past, GVH’s acquisition news (e.g., Top Logistics in 2024) led to an average move of -10.06%. The current -7.26% decline sits within that historically cautious reaction range.

Acquisition strategy has evolved from expanding core logistics capacity (Top Logistics in Australia) toward diversification into AI-enabled digital entertainment via Loomi.

This announcement signals GVH’s diversification from logistics into AI-enabled short-form digital entertainment via a 70% stake in Loomi for a nominal $70. The deal brings a Southeast Asia-focused app, AI production platform, and an interest-free US$550,000 shareholder loan onto GVH’s balance sheet. Investors may watch how this aligns with the new controlling shareholders’ M&A strategy and how quickly Loomi’s operations contribute to reported financials.
