Ginger Zee is clapping back at negative commenters on Instagram.
In a social media post shared on Thursday the Good Morning America meteorologist called out social media trolls, in a glam selfie video, by sharing screenshots of jabs thrown her way—account handles included.
“Can’t hide those baggy eyes,” one post read, while another said, “Stop wearing pants!”
“Lots of opinions out there before 8am,” text over the video read. “I’m just excited you all are still watching, and I do see the positivity too – thank you!”
Additionally, she wrote in the caption, “Appreciate that you have an opinion— I just don’t always agree,” she wrote in the video’s caption. “And that’s ok— thank you for watching.”
Zee, 45, also shared screenshots of positive comments that she’s received on social media, too.

In support of the celeb meteorologist andDancing with the Starsalum, who regularly shares fresh-faced selfies, fans took to the comment section commending Zee for clapping back and also shared some positivity of their own.
“What a breath of spring! And the joy of life raising above is your superpower,” one wrote.
“You couldn’t be more beautiful and brilliant inside and out,” another said. “I’d love to see some of these people get in front of the camera every morning and present factual information in a digestible manner while remaining engaging and authentic.”
“Wow. Holy crap. You are absolutely beautiful,” simply added another.
“Haters be haters!!!!” said another in support. “Glad you are ignoring the negativity! Continue being beautiful!”
“And I love that you posted this!!!! Everyone has an opinion & we get to choose how to react to them!!!!” another added of how Zee handled the situation.
It’s not the first time that Zee has reacted to social media trolls commenting on her appearance. In December she called out an X user for commenting on how her particular outfit was “meant for a slender frame” to which she responded, ” “I love my thick thighs 🙌😂 and I disagree with you … also, if I have too thick of thighs who doesn’t?”
