Gwyneth Paltrow is drawing praise for showing her natural skin.
The 52-year-old actress posted a series of images on Instagram that included close-up, unedited shots of her face.
Fans quickly responded, calling the photos “refreshing” and “real,” after Paltrow revealed she once saved someone’s life.
The post also gave a behind-the-scenes glimpse at her packed New York Fashion Week schedule, where she introduced her new fashion label, Gwyn.
What stood out was the visible skin texture in the opening image, which detailed her forehead lines and deepened expression lines.
Another chimed in, “Agreed! I hope more celebrities realise we are sick of curated images. Real sells for me.”
Paltrow has been public before about her approach to aging.
In a 2023 Glamour interview, she said she wasn’t scared of getting older.
“I do want to age as beautifully as I can,” she said. “I’m not afraid of wrinkles. I’m not afraid of those things that come with aging, I’m really not.”
