OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – The Tioga Arts Council (TAC) is hosting a Halloween festival with music from a Nashville-based country artist.
TAC is inviting the community to join it for a Halloween Hootenanny on October 26 at Cloud Croft Studios, located at 1003 Sanford Road in Owego. The event will be held from 12 to 3 p.m.
There will be a live musical performance from Sean Tobin and The Boardwalk Fire as well as free art activities, tricks, treats, and haunted happenings.

Tobin, originally from Monmouth County, New Jersey, moved to Nashville to pursue music in 2023. Seasick, Tobin’s forthcoming album, navigates the uncomfortability of change in an effort to grow.
