NEW LONDON, CT — A day of family-friendly fun is on the calendar with the Old Town Mill Harvest Festival scheduled for Sept. 27.
The festival will be at 8 Mill St. in New London from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event will feature live music, a petting zoo, kids’ activities, guided tours of the Old Town Mill, and more.
The historic site was originally built in 1650 by John Winthrop Jr., the founder of New London and later the governor of Connecticut.
