Heather Rae El Moussa and Christina Haack Have Cheeky Response to Being Told ‘the World Doesn’t Revolve Around You’

Heather Rae El Moussa and Christina Haack are having some fun clapping back at their haters.

The Flip Off stars took to Instagram on Monday, Jan. 26 to share their cheeky response to being told “the world doesn’t revolve around you.”

In the clip, the duo stand back to back as they film themselves in selfie mode. El Moussa, 38, has her arm extended out to hold the phone and offers a beaming smile before passing it over to Haack, 42.

As Daft Punk’s “Around the World” plays in the background, Haack then grabs the phone from El Moussa with an equally radiant smile, before quickly passing it back to her costar.

They repeat the process until Haack takes it back one last time with a laugh, and concludes the video by playfully sticking her tongue out at the camera.

“Them: The world doesn’t revolve around you. Us:” the caption reads. In the comments, El Moussa added, “Obviously.”

The lighthearted video received a number of positive comments, including one from Haack’s boyfriend Chris Larocca who teased, “Who are the lucky guys?”

Other users commented “best duo ever” and “so beautiful,” while a few were quick to commend their healthy friendship.

“I love this. So wonderful to have such a great relationship and a true friendship with each other,” one wrote. Another added, “I love that you ladies have developed a good friendship!! I hope all of you can continue and grow as a family.”

Over the last few years, Haack and El Moussa have become good friends and now costars who enjoy spending time together. However, they had an initial rough start to their relationship after the Selling Sunset alum tied the knot with Haack’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa in October 2021.

Haack was first married to Tarek from 2009 to 2016, and while the exes are friends now, they went through a messy divorce. The former couple share two children together — daughter Taylor, 15, and son Brayden, 10 — while Tarek and Heather welcomed their son Tristan, 2, in January 2023.

Now, the trio all work together as co-parents and costars on their house flipping competition show, The Flip Off. They also enjoy taking blended family vacations together, with Haack’s boyfriend Larocca often joining in on the fun.

In July, Heather shared a sweet message for Haack’s 42nd birthday in which she expressed just how much their relationship means to her.

“Happy birthday @christinahaack. It’s crazy how far we’ve come & most will never understand how we are friends,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I’m grateful for our relationship & our ability to rise above the noise! Cheers to you & can’t wait to celebrate you! Xo.”

Meanwhile, in a July 2024 interview with PEOPLE, Haack shed some light on her evolving relationship with Heather at the time.

“We’ve actually been close for a while now,” she said of the realtor. “We communicate about the kids all the time. She’s an amazing stepmom — the kids love her so much.”
