Live from Hollywood, it’s the 20th anniversary episode of “Dancing with the Stars!”
To celebrate 20 years of “DWTS,” the show is welcoming back original host Tom Bergeron as a guest judge. It’ll be Bergeron’s first time back in the ballroom since he was let go in July 2020.
Per an ABC press release, the episode will open with a special performance choreographed by judge Derek Hough and featuring the current pros, troupe, and six original Season 1 pros — Alec Mazo, Ashly DelGrosso, Louis van Amstel, Jonathan Roberts, Charlotte Jorgensen and Edyta Śliwińska.

As noted above, this week is the “DWTS” 20th birthday special, so each star will do an individual dance to a song used in iconic freestyle performances from the last 33 seasons.
Additionally, six of the seven stars will participate in a relay dance, swapping their professional partners for a past Mirrorball champion. They will dance either the jive, quickstep, or Viennese waltz. Leavitt gained immunity from the relay round for having the highest cumulative scores so far this season.
