Amy tries to stop the outbreak of a virus and save Richard in season two, episode 21 of the hit series Doc on Tuesday.
The penultimate episode of season two of Doc ups the stakes with a fast-moving virus spreading through Westside Hospital. In episode 21, Dr. Amy has to balance saving the patients of her hospital and Richard from crashing from the deadly virus. She opts to give herself the virus to try to save Richard and the rest of the patients in the hospital. Doc stars Molly Parker as Dr. Amy Larsen, an attending physician in internal medicine, formerly the Chief of Medicine at Westside Hospital, before an accident took away eight years of memories. She has been piecing her past together alongside her medical career in this medical drama series.

Dr. Richard Miller is played by veteran television actor Scott Wolf. In this series, Richard was the Chief of Internal Medicine during the series. Wolf is a veteran television actor with iconic roles in Saved by the Bell, Party of Five, Everwood, and more.
This series also stars Omar Metwally as Dr. Michael Hamda, Jon Ecker as Dr. Jake Heller, and Amirah Vann as Dr. Gina Walker, all from the first season. Blair Underwood, Felicity Huffman, and Charlotte Foutain-Jardim joined the cast in season two.
