Awards season is upon us. Up next, the 2026 Golden Globe Awards. Nikki Glaser is back as host again this year after her standout performance at the 2025 Golden Globes. 2026 will see the entry of a brand new category: Digital Audio (aka podcasts). The 2026 Golden Globes will kick off the long-awaited awards season on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026. Prior to the awards show, Golden Eve, a special event honoring Helen Mirren with the Cecil B. DeMille Award and Sarah Jessica Parker with the Carol Burnett Award, will air Thursday, Jan. 8, on CBS.
