According to a RadarOnline source, the parents had met multiple times in New York to discuss “legal stuff” in the two years of their separation. During this period, they tried to let the “hatred and anger go.” Reportedly, people around Furness were relieved that she had finally been making an effort to “forgive Hugh.”
Although Jackman and his ex won’t be “close friends” again, they could at least be cordial for their kids. “But if they can at least get to a point where they can celebrate family milestones together without tension, that will mean a whole lot for their kids,” the insider said.
